
![]() Click here to view our winter schedule (effective Jan 4, - May 2, 2009) New classes this year: Coreplay: Wednesdays (7:45 - 8:45pm) A fun class that combines Pilates, Yoga and athletic training principles to help you bring strength, flexibility and balance to your abs, back, hips and butt. Restorative Yoga* : Sundays (1:45 - 3:00pm) a gentle healing form of hatha yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. Yin Yoga* : Sundays (5:00 - 6:15pm) Meditation* : Sundays (6:30 - 7:30pm) Yin/Yang Yoga* : Saturdays (12:30 - 1:30pm) combine passive and active asanas with pranayama and meditation resulting in a deep, balanced, and satisfying practice. Pre-Natal* : TBA we acknowledge the increasing demand for this class and will be bringing it back in the near future as a pre-registered 6-week course.
