| 10:30 am | Vinyasa Yoga with Maria An energizing and physically demanding practice combining elements of Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga with a dynamic flow of sequential postures that bring vitality to the body. |

| 1 pm | Outdoor Activities Canoeing, hike and yoga adventure. |
| 4 pm | Anusara Inspired Yoga Class Explore heart-centered biogeometric alignment principles. |
