7 am Sunrise Yoga Practice
Meditation, breath work and sun salutation yoga practice.
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 am Free time
Go for a brisk walk, read a book or just relax!
10:30 am Vinyasa Yoga with Maria
An energizing and physically demanding practice combining elements of Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga with a dynamic flow of sequential postures that bring vitality to the body.
12 pm Lunch
1 pm Outdoor Activities
Canoeing, hike and yoga adventure.
4 pm Anusara Inspired Yoga Class
Explore heart-centered biogeometric alignment principles.
6 pm Dinner
7:30 pm Evening Activities

Explore a sequence of unique poses that use your partner to balance, stretch and strengthen.
