A New Workshop-Style Class Perfect for Beginners

This course will take you through the basics of the posture (asana) practice. Each class will break down different core yoga postures, their alignment, their benefits, and postural adjustments. We will encourage you to lay a strong, individual foundation and expand your practice to safely reap the many wonderful benefits of yoga.

For those just embarking on their yoga journey or those wanting to refresh their practice.

Cost: $69 + tax
Kula Passes or Punch Cards can be used (5 punches or pass visits will be deducted upon registration)
