An energizing and physically demanding practice combining elements of Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga with a dynamic flow of sequential postures that bring vitality to the body. Will often include arm balancing and weight bearing balancing postures. Helps builds core strength and stamina, creating lean, strong muscles. Awareness is brought to harmonious body alignment, integrity of postures, and deepening into poses with the breath, allowing for transcendence into the “yoga zone”.
