Partner Yoga

The word “yoga” means “union” in Sanskrit. Practicing yoga with a partner truly allows you to experience the practice not only within your own body, mind and spirit – but also exchanging these qualities with another person. The shared experience builds awareness of your potential to support others, and draw strength and grace from your partner.

Explore physical and mental boundaries that you cannot reach in your own practice alone. With a partner, you can practice yoga with less weight on the ground, or provide a stronger foundation for your partner’s postures.
