Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness, helping you to awaken your unrealized and unlimited potential. It is a combination of dynamic physical exercises (kriyas), breathing exercises and meditation.

“Kundalini” means that which is coiled, representing the potential expansion of our inner knowledge, awareness and evolved consciousness. Symbolized as a serpent lying dormant at the base of the spine, Kundalini Yoga is designed to tap into this concentrated form of “prana” or life force, to bring union between our “self” as we know it, and a vaster unbound realization of ourselves.

Our Kundalini class is lead by Mira Slapinski, a certified Level 1 Kundalini Teacher with over 300 hours of professional yoga training. She has trained with or under master teachers as Gurmukh Khalsa, Bernie Clark, Dave Swensen and Chris Chavis. Mira is certified in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mind and Meditation, and Vitality and Stress and is currently taking the Anusara teacher training program.

We hope you build this class into your regular practice.
