Core mobility, the combination of strength, proper alignment and flexibility, is the foundation of a strong, safe yoga practice. A strong core improves balance and stability, and ensures an ease of movement on and off your yoga mat.
Poses and sequences are specifically designed to increase mobility in the core, while addressing common muscular imbalances (tight back/weak abdominals; stressed hip flexors/sleepy buttocks) that often lead to injury.
