This depends on a few factors including your current level of physical well-being, body awareness, and what you are wanting to gain from your yoga practice. We recommend that you start with a Candlelight Hatha or Hatha class to learn the names of the poses, develop your alignment in the poses and get a sense of your current physical baseline.
After a few Hatha classes, you may want to try our Hatha Flow classes which incorporate more movement between sequenced poses, timed with your breathe.
