Tina Grant

Tina has been involved in the Health & Wellness industry for over 20 years. She is a Trainer of Fitness Leaders for BCRPA and a popular presenter at Health & Wellness conferences in BC. Tina is the owner of FitFlow Yoga & FitFormation Fitness Education and teaches BCRPA Fitness & Yoga courses.This year Tina is completing her 500 RYT with her teacher Shiva Rae in her Prana Flow Yoga style.

“My yogic path started with an injury from many years of pushing my body and never taking the time to really listen to my body, and finally my body just said, no more! What started as a “fix my back” class, sparked a transformation in me, not just physically but , truly MIND BODY & SPIRIT.”

“My passion for yoga just keeps growing, I am endlessly fascinated by all there is to learn, as well as the wonderful opportunities for personal growth that yoga offers. I see Yoga as a reflection of life, if we can master it on our mat we can master it in our daily lives.”

Tina continues to be a student of yoga and life, and finds joy in sharing all she learns with her students on the mat. She brings her background in Kinesiology, her love a movement, and her sense of humor to her Yoga classes.
