My classes are heavily influenced by Anusara Yoga and its Universal Principles of Alignment and Tantric life-affirming philosophy, where you can expect to savour the physical beauty and grace of the body in motion infused with mindfulness and intention. I hope to inspire you to just feel better so that space can be made in your body and mind for deeper play and contemplation.
I have been practicing yoga for 9 years and I continue to be humbled by how this practice forces me to bring light to my inner shadows and find meaning in everything I do and experience. My personal practice and yoga community help to keep me grounded so I can show up in the world to serve as a more balanced, loving and compassionate mother, wife and human being.
